Happy Easter! Today is a day to rejoice in the Lord. At church today there were all sorts of people committing their life to Christ. It was truly amazing.
This past week I happened to turn on the news and saw Glenn Beck. I caught his monologue about half way through. He said something so profound that I wondered why it never hit me before. You can't have a miracle without a struggle before it. Take Jesus for example. He didn't simply die on the cross. Easy done. He was beaten and tortured before he bowed his head and gave up his soul for us. It was a struggle. He suffered so we wouldn't have to.
In today's society we are taught that if it hurts or is difficult don't do it. Get away from it. It's during those times that you are probably the closet to God and during those times that you will come out the other end in awe of the miracle that God created.
If you are at a place in your life where you are struggling with anything. Embrace the struggle. I promise God will prevail and you will see your miracle.
Enjoy that you are a unique creation. Right down to the amount of hair on your head. I pray that God will spread your life with bountiful blessings this week.

Amen and Amen! This has been a difficult month for me. However, I have never been closer to God. He wants us to be engaged with him. Never before have a prayed over not just the big things-- but the little things too. I'm so happy God is my life and is somehow in control of things! God is great!
