The first part of this dare is fairly simple. Although love is communicated in a number of ways, our words often reflect the condition of our heart. For the next day, resolve to demonstrate patience and to say nothing negative to your spouse at all. If the temptation arises, choose not to say anything. There is your challenge for the day. It will be hard for me to stay positive today. I have to provide childcare at the unit today. Long story short-there is always drama at a unit. I will try not to take it out on my husband. Make sure to post what happened to you during the day today.

Well, I did accomplish day one. We don't typically say negetaive things to each other so it wasn't to hard. I don't think I saw anything change or happen. But it is only day one.
